great stay but room size could improve

The staff consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and friendliness. I truly appreciated the exceptional comfort of the bed, making it an inviting retreat after a long day.

The room size felt a bit cramped at times, which might be an issue for others.

I loved how my room was cozy and nicely renovated. The luggage storage after checkout was super handy! The garden area had a lovely spot to sip coffee and read a book, which was such a treat. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little update but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. 😊

The mattress was uncomfortable, and the King Room was beautifully decorated.

The room was just breathtaking, and I felt like royalty in that gorgeous Victorian building! Plus, the location couldn't be better—everything was just a hop, skip, and jump away!

But bless their hearts, those stairs! I needed a sherpa just to get to my room!

Had an awesome time with friends. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Market. We also caught a game at Wembley Stadium, which was a blast! Just a heads up, some rooms can be a bit dated, but the staff is super nice and helpful.

Our bathroom could've used a deep clean, as there was some mould present. It detracted from the otherwise positive experience.

Plus, the location was just steps away from the tube station, making travel around the city a breeze. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Portobello Market. Super comfy, clean room, and I loved the daily snacks! Had an issue with my TV, but the staff sorted it quick with a room change.

the abbey was an amazing choice for our getaway! the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. we dropped our bags off before check-in and they held them for us while we enjoyed the nearby attractions. the location couldn't be better, so close to everything we wanted to see.
